Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,259 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with CCM2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA grouped by CCM2-low versus CCM2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
