CCL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,431 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, DEF6, and DOCK10. Each is linked with CCL5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 versus CORO1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
