CCL5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL2RB, and GZMH. Each is linked with CCL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 versus GRAP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
