CCL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-5, FAM32BP, and FRG2. Each is linked with CCL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-5 grouped by CCL5-low versus CCL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
