CCL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Caspase-8, and MEK1. Each is linked with CCL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by CCL5-low versus CCL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
