CCL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,652 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OASL, IFIT1, and IFIT2. Each is linked with CCL5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 versus OASL in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
