Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL4L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,794 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL4L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle endocytosis, Negative regulation of immune response, and Intermediate filament-based process. Each is linked with CCL4L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL4L2-to-partner and partner-to-CCL4L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Synaptic vesicle endocytosis grouped by CCL4L2-low versus CCL4L2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
