Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCL3L3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCL3L3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCL3L3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL3L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and BRCA are the cancer types where CCL3L3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
