CCL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-662P, SCARNA23, and MIR5699. Each is linked with CCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL3-to-partner and partner-to-CCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-662P grouped by CCL3-low versus CCL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
