Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,170 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CCL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL3-to-partner and partner-to-CCL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway grouped by CCL3-low versus CCL3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
