Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCL28 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCL28 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CCL28 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where CCL28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
