CCL28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,096 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDUFAF4, KIAA1522, and PIGR_S673. Each is linked with CCL28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL28-to-partner and partner-to-CCL28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL28 versus NDUFAF4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
