Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNA5SP412, and LRRC30. Each is linked with CCL28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL28-to-partner and partner-to-CCL28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by CCL28-low versus CCL28-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
