Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,181 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of leukocyte tethering or rolling, Membrane assembly, and Membrane biogenesis. Each is linked with CCL28 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL28-to-partner and partner-to-CCL28 results are reported.
