Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,686 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, MYO1E, and ITGA5. Each is linked with CCL26 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL26-to-partner and partner-to-CCL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL26 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
