Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, IL1B, and GUCD1. Each is linked with CCL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL26-to-partner and partner-to-CCL26 results are reported.
