Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,491 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Release of cytochrome c from mitochondria, Extracellular matrix organization, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with CCL26 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL26-to-partner and partner-to-CCL26 results are reported.
