CCL25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP524, RN7SKP132, and LINC00208. Each is linked with CCL25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL25-to-partner and partner-to-CCL25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP524 grouped by CCL25-low versus CCL25-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
