CCL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP24, MIR3689D2, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with CCL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL24-to-partner and partner-to-CCL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP24 grouped by CCL24-low versus CCL24-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
