Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL24 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with CCL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL24-to-partner and partner-to-CCL24 results are reported.
