The most reproducible CCL24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus, Autophagosome membrane docking, and Regulation of platelet aggregation. Each is linked with CCL24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL24-to-partner and partner-to-CCL24 results are reported.
