The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher CCL23 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA and BRCA are the cancer types where CCL23 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
