CCL23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,187 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRC1, DOK2, and PECAM1. Each is linked with CCL23 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL23-to-partner and partner-to-CCL23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL23 versus MRC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
