The most reproducible CCL23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte tethering or rolling, Pharyngeal arch artery morphogenesis, and Dendritic transport of messenger ribonucleoprotein complex. Each is linked with CCL23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL23-to-partner and partner-to-CCL23 results are reported.
