The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CCL22 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and COAD are the cancer types where CCL22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
