Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD4, CORO1A, and DEF6. Each is linked with CCL22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL22-to-partner and partner-to-CCL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL22 versus CD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
