CCL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL18 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with CCL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL18-to-partner and partner-to-CCL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tem grouped by CCL18-low versus CCL18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
