CCL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,711 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM272, KRTAP19-1, and LUZP4. Each is linked with CCL18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL18-to-partner and partner-to-CCL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL18 versus TMEM272 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
