CCL17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64EP, RNA5SP422, and RNU2-53P. Each is linked with CCL17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL17-to-partner and partner-to-CCL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64EP grouped by CCL17-low versus CCL17-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
