CCL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP64, UBFD1P1, and RNA5SP73. Each is linked with CCL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL16-to-partner and partner-to-CCL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP64 grouped by CCL16-low versus CCL16-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
