CCL16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 901 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-4, KRTAP19-3, and PDYN. Each is linked with CCL16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL16-to-partner and partner-to-CCL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL16 versus KRTAP10-4 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
