CCL15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, VHL, and ATM. Each is linked with CCL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL15-to-partner and partner-to-CCL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by CCL15-low versus CCL15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
