CCL15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,087 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKS4B, CCL14, and TMEM150B. Each is linked with CCL15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL15-to-partner and partner-to-CCL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL15 versus ANKS4B in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
