CCL15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,629 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification of copper ion, Organic acid catabolic process, and Positive regulation of extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with CCL15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL15-to-partner and partner-to-CCL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Detoxification of copper ion grouped by CCL15-low versus CCL15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
