Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCL14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCL14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CCL14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and COAD are the cancer types where CCL14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
