Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,407 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASE4, SERPINA7, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with CCL14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CCL14 results are reported.
