CCL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,401 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRG2, RASA3, and SIPA1. Each is linked with CCL11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL11-to-partner and partner-to-CCL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL11 versus PRG2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
