CCL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRAS, DSCAML1, and SACS. Each is linked with CCL11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL11-to-partner and partner-to-CCL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRAS grouped by CCL11-low versus CCL11-high in BLCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
