Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, SERPING1, and FADS1. Each is linked with CCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by CCL1-low versus CCL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
