Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 470 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule bundle formation, Protein localization to microtubule plus-end, and Protein localization to microtubule end. Each is linked with CCL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCL1 results are reported.
