CCKBR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCKBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, KIF14, and PPAT. Each is linked with CCKBR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKBR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXO1 grouped by CCKBR-low versus CCKBR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCKBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCKBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
