CCKBR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCKBR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with CCKBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKBR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CCKBR-low versus CCKBR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCKBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCKBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
