CCKBR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCKBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, ASTN1, and CARTPT. Each is linked with CCKBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKBR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by CCKBR-low versus CCKBR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCKBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCKBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
