CCIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,244 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, RCN3, and TIMP2. Each is linked with CCIN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCIN-to-partner and partner-to-CCIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
