Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCHCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,318 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCHCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24A, FRMD4B, and TUBA1B. Each is linked with CCHCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCHCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCHCR1 results are reported.
