Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCHCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,839 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCHCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDUFV1, PDCD4_T93, and SART1_S596. Each is linked with CCHCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCHCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCHCR1 results are reported.
