Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCHCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCHCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA5, DEFA4, and ADAM7. Each is linked with CCHCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCHCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCHCR1 results are reported.
