Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC93 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC93 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CCDC93 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC93 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where CCDC93 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
