CCDC91

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC91 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC91-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK2. Each is linked with CCDC91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC91-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by CCDC91-low versus CCDC91-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC91→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
