Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC90B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC90B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC90B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC90B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where CCDC90B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
